Fruit of the Spirit

The idea of evaluating churches based on the Fruit of the Spirit was because of my own experience being in a church where growth in membership or numbers was flat, but it was clear based on the fruit the church was producing that God was at work! If that church had been evaluated soley on growth or giving it would have been considered a failure, but year after year God kept those church doors open. This lead me to look for a way to evaluate churches outside of business models (growth and revenue) and through prayer I was lead back to Galatians 5:22-23.  God calls all churches to have well tended gardens where His communities can thrive and fulfill the mission of Jesus; go and make disciples of all nations. But not all gardens should look the same, and not all trees should bear equal fruit–because each church has a unique call from God.

Just as individuals are called into new seasons of service and faithful development so are churches and navigating those changes can be challenging and frustrating.

We want to be your collaborative partner, working along side you and your leadership team as your community shifts into a new season. Because initiating change can be difficult we look for ways to minimize resistance and increase change acceptance. We do this by leverage existing strengths, creating continuity as your church moves into this new era.

Whether you just want to know more, or you have a specific need I’d love to hear from you!
